Jiangxi Alga Biotech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Alga Biotech) was established in 2002 in “Cradle of People’s Republic”----Ruijin city, Jiangxi Province, China. The registered capital of the company is RMB 20 million; the total investment amount is RMB 48 million; and the number of employees is about 120. Alga Biotech has an annual output of around 800 tons of spirulina powder (incl. organic spirulina powder) and 100 tons of chlorella powder (incl. organic chlorella powder). The deep processing products include the spirulina tablets, chlorella tablets, spriulina polysaccharides, spirulina S.G.F, chlorella C.G.F and phycocyanobilin.
